Physical Distribution Bldgs.
Tokyo Ryutsu Center (TRC) is the site of four Physical Distribution Bldgs. dedicated to the support of distribution throughout the Tokyo metropolitan area.
The Physical Distribution Bldg. includes two types of building structures. In one, a customer can drive a truck with a maximum load capacity of 5 tons onto the upper floor. In the other, the space is vertically divided to enable either multiple occupancy of separately divided blocks or single occupancy of the entire building as just one block. The leasing spaces in these buildings flexibly range from about 860 m2 to about 16,500 m2 per floor. A Physical Distribution Bldg. is far more than a simple warehouse for storage. At TRC, each building is fully provided with the infrastructure for fast processing of the cargo functions of receiving, sorting, processing, inspecting, checking, packing, shipping, and cargo information processing. Every building is equipped to meet many needs in the world of diversifying logistics.
Distribution A and B Bldgs.

Distribution A and B Bldgs. are pivotal elements of TRC. Each of these huge buildings has a total floor space of 173,652 m², about quadruple the floor space of Tokyo Dome, and is accessible by 5-ton truck up to the top floor. The usable floor space per story ranges from 851 m² at minimum to 16,183 m² at maximum.

Distribution C Bldg.

Distribution C Bldg. is a five-story warehouse with a total floor space of about 36,000 m² vertically divided into four blocks. Each block has a floor space of about 7,500 m² evenly distributed throughout the five-story structure (1,500 m² per story), with two exclusive freight elevators (maximum carrying capacity, 3 tons) and a machine hatch (3.6 m angle) with a gate (opened as needed). An exclusive berth also stands on hand for the sorting of cargos on 40 ft trailers.
Distribution D Bldg.

Logistics Bldg. D is a five-story warehouse separately built on the premises. The structure has a total floor space of about 8,260 m2, leased en bloc as a whole building. The second floor includes about 400 m2 of office space. Cargos on a 40 ft trailer can be sorted at the dedicated berth.
